Returns and exchanges must inform to us within 7 days after receiving them.We refer tracking records to ensure delivery status. Change of mind returns are not accepted. All returns must return to Hellaboost Performance in the same condition as sold. Customers need to return packages with original packaging. Returned items must be returned to Hellaboost performance with a copy of the original invoice. Returns are not welcomed on * Ignition systems* Lighting units* Custom orders, no returns will be accepted if the package or the unit shows the signs of being used, scratched or installed. Mounted items are not refundable. Be kind enough to contact us before returning to the Hellaboost performance. We will help you with the shipping process. Refunds won’t be completed until items are received by Hellaboost Performance. Domestic and international courier charges are not refundable. Orders placed by Viza/MasterCards will be by customers with the same bank account customers used to order the product. Hellaboost Performance will add additional fees charged by PayPal. Refunds usually take up to 1-3 business days.
